- People who run payroll and books properly, every time, and like the rhythm of it.

- Practical HR professionals who can handle a grievance on Tuesday and design an org chart on Wednesday.

- Marketers who measure in enquiries and sales, build sites that rank and can explain their numbers.
- Systems and AI
- Engineers who have built business systems people actually use, and know where AI helps and where it does not.
- Advisory
- People who have run a business, or run part of one, and can give an owner a straight answer.
